Steve Minor, the President of McCall Craftsman Homes Inc. and principal designer, is the third generation of a design/build family. Steve is a professional building designer and is a member of The American Institute of Building Design. He started his career at age 10 digging ditches for his grandfather and, after more than 45 plus years, there are times when he still digs ditches. Whatever it takes, he and his team make sure the job gets done.

Patricia Minor, Steve's wife and partner for over 30 years, is an interior designer and Vice President of the firm.

Matt Sinclair is the design associate and CAD member of the team.

THE PROCESS
The Beginning
Whether we help you select a piece of property or you already own one, the design process begins with gathering information about you and your building site. It is important for us to understand the way you live and the things you like. Also important are site conditions e.g. - view corridors, sun exposure, building restrictions, site features and snow impact.
 

Preliminary Design
Steve’s preliminary designs are done with a pencil…because his mind creates with pencil in hand. Once we are satisfied with the floor plan and elevations, we proceed to working drawings. MORE SKETCHES
 

Working Drawings
Matt, our CAD design associate, takes the preliminary design and develops it into working drawings. In addition, we offer digital renderings featuring detailed virtual elevations, interior and exterior tours. MORE RENDERINGS
